Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a sustainable mailer, ensuring all original designer labels and hangtags are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
